As discussed, you said that your service advisor Leslie was very helpful when you were speaking with her. I understand there was a delay in the part arriving which caused the frustration of getting your vehicle back to you sooner. The part that was needed was on a National back order and at that point is out of our control for it to arrive quickly. I'm glad we were able to have an alternate vehicle for you to use while your car was here in service. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you out going forward. Thank you.
