I had the worst experience with my service advisor, Leslie. Not only was I bounced around, I was provided inaccurate information, she instructed me to return my Nissan to the previous service center, Leslie. Not only was I bounced around, I was provided inaccurate information, she instructed me to return my Nissan to the previous service center, and drive it there. For background context, I dropped the vehicle off at the dealership because it turned off on it's own WHILE I WAS DRIVING! A complete death trap, and to add insult to injury, this woman advised me that the dealership couldn't determine what was wrong. Fortunately, the manager stepped in to rectify the situation and made the connection with the non-dealership service center to get the repairs initiated. I'm not certain that I'm satisfied with his handling either, but I can give credit for his efforts in follow through. More

The dealership is expensive (for parts and labor). I don’t like that I can’t talk to the mechanic one on one and have to speak through a service advisor. My service advisor was kind but didn’t act lik I don’t like that I can’t talk to the mechanic one on one and have to speak through a service advisor. My service advisor was kind but didn’t act like he was really listening to me and it took him a week to even call me back to give me my cars diagnosis. The customer service department is very unprofessional. Many things about this dealership make me wonder if this would be my last visit here! More
