I went in for an oil change was very confused on how the check in process worked. I think it would be helpful to not assume everyone is an existing customer and explain the process. I did not like the service at this location, my car was not fixed for the second time bring my car back. My car was in the shop for two days and there was nothing done to my car. The person helping me claimed they could not get in touch with my warranty company when I provided the phone number serval times. I did not feel like a valued customer I feel like they tried to take advantage of me and charge me for services I did not need. I was very disappointed. More

I dropped off my car for service and for Äşdiaplgnostic testing. Two full days later no diagnostic done and no one called to tell any anything. I had to pick up my car untouched. Adilka Vasquez was not re testing. Two full days later no diagnostic done and no one called to tell any anything. I had to pick up my car untouched. Adilka Vasquez was not responsive and was rude when I told her I wanted to pick up the car. Adilka told me that the diagnostic had been done the day before and that she had texted me, no message had come through. Very disappointed in Nissan of the Bronx service ane reliability. I will not recommend your dealership and I'll advise anyone to avoid Adilka Vasquez. More
