I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago from this dealership, and I must say no matter what it is whether its service such as an oil change or a simply call from William James to see how things are going he's al and I must say no matter what it is whether its service such as an oil change or a simply call from William James to see how things are going he's always there. I've never met a sales personal such as himself, who goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of his customers are met. I must include I recommended my mother to him and he provides the same service to her as well! We both recently needed body work done to our vehicles and one phone call to William was all it took. He was able to provide us with the name and phone number of someone who was able to attend to our needs. William James is one of the best there and I recommend everyone to take a trip to Teddy Nissan and meet with him. Trust me you will be satisfied. More

Be careful with what the people at Teddy Nissan offer to you when you try to lease or buy a car from them, they lie and give terrible customer service. This review is an edited review of a previous one. The reason why I am doing this is because my final experience at Teddy Nissan was terrible. I started by leasing my second car at Teddy Nissan, for this car (Altima 2012) I was offered free service throughout my whole lease, but this was a lie. They gave me a hard time for the first two services and when I went for my third service Mr. Alex Martinez became very aggressive and yelled at me trying to provoke me to answer back, I kept calm and asked to talk to his supervisor Mr. Gabriel Salcedo, when I asked for his supervisor he got even worse and I had to ask him to stop talking to me, that I just wanted to talk to his supervisor to get the deal I was offered in the first place. I had an email with the offer, and they argued that because that salesperson does not work there anymore it was not valid (the sales person who does not work there anymore is Jesus Maria). Mr. Salcedo did not want to honor the offer, even though I had proof that It had been offered to me. I left and wrote my first review. A few days later Jen Almodovar contacted me to try to "fix " the situation, she offered me the service for the whole lease in any Nissan dealership I wanted to, only if I changed my review. I accepted, changed my review and they sent me an agreement application for service at Nissan, I signed it and sent it back, I was told that all I had to do was to go to any Nissan dealership and give them mi VIN number and I would get my car serviced at no cost. The time for my next car service arrived, we took the car to a different dealership and they said that I did not have a contract. I called Nissan directly with the contract in my hand and they said that they never got my application and that I had to talk to the dealership. I contacted Jen Almodovar back, she was "surprised" and said she would look into it, to be patient. I got an email with an attached email from somewhere else in the dealership saying that they had just sent the application and the it would take 90 days for Nissan to process it and that it would be for a year only! the offered to do the service at Teddy Nissan, to which I replied NO WAY, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THEM! and I asked them for a copy of the application, to this day (two weeks after) I had not gotten the copy. I called Jen Almodovar and she said that someone else was taking care of my case now, even though I was never notified of this. Now I have to deal with someone else, whom I have not met and does not know who I am and what the problem is! This has been going on for 6 months. I have a new born baby and limited time to be dealing with this kind of non sense and abuse from these people at Teddy Nissan. I have been polite and respectful at all times and all I get is uncertain answers and false information. Be careful with these people and ASK FOR EVERYTHING I WRITING before you sign anything with them. More
Every time I go to Teddy's Niisan Dealership I have a wonderful experience, this is due to the sales represent ice William James. William always makes me feel like family. i leased a nissan rogue at teddy nissan in july 2011. by septemper i started having problems with the car. i brought it in for service. there was something wrong with the gas tank. it wasn't reading properl septemper i started having problems with the car. i brought it in for service. there was something wrong with the gas tank. it wasn't reading properly. they said they had to change the sensor in the tank. they removed the tank, changed the sensor and put the tank back. the next day, the smell of gas was very strong inside the car. i brought it back and found out that they FORGOT to seal the tank so gas was leaking into the car. they fixed that but the car was still not right. there was still something wrong. brought it back again and was told that they had to change the instrument cluster in the dash. they changed it and broke my radio while doing so. after 3 attempts to fix the car, i got fed up and brought my car to central ave nissan to see what was going on. it turns out that teddy misrouted the gas tubes in the tank!! they are incompetent. my 17 yr old daughter drives this car. she could have been killed. i will never go back there again and will do everything in my power to but them out of business More
Waited there for hours to be persuaded to pay for services that may have not been needed. They are extremely overpriced when it comes to maintenance services for yor car. I wasn't given a final cost until after work was completed which made me feel forced to pay. Also they recommended other services which the guy said it was urgent. I left there and went to another mechanic and the other mechanic checked my car telling me these things were not needed to be done at the time. Nissan was going to charge me $400 for 2 flushes that was not needed. These flushes would of only cost 130 at another mechanic. I don't recommend getting any maintence that is not covered under there. More

My first visit to Teddy Nissan was because I heard a noise whenever I drive the car, since I live in the Bronx I decided to visit them. Since I only had the car for a few days Mr Rowe suggested that I return to Bayridge so they could take care of the problem; he also check for recalls on the car and he found it which Bayridge never even checked for when they sold me the car. My second visit was the muffler was making noise, since I had such a wonderful experience the first time at Teddy Servive Department I decided to return to them. And like the first visit Mr Rowe and is excellent staff check out the problem and gave specific instructions on how to get the problem taken care of by Bayridge Nissan. Third visit was the radio had no volume, however I wasn't taken care of my Mr Rowe but Phil (cant remember his last name) he was ok until I picked up my car and outside of the glove compartment was scratched and when I asked him he gave me a bullshit excuse. Even though I had a horrible experience on third visit, I went back twice after that because overall the Mr Rowe and the service staff gave me excellent service before and they are very professional. The other visits I had, I changed my brakes, rotors and the AC blower which they gave me a rental for a day until my Ac was working again. Am telling you they are very curteous, experience and they make you feel at home. Mr Rowe is doing a great job and I will always take my car to Teddy Nissan for service before anywhere else. Also the lady at the front desk she has great customer service skills, my experinces with her was great and I felt like a special customer. Professional staff leads to great service and thats what I received. More

Nissan has been giving me qualitiy services since the first day and that is honoraable. It is also the best feeling when you dont have to wait all fay long for your car to be serviced. I was in and out. I woud deffinetly rec. this dealer to all my friends family, whoever. When you leave you will not be upset or atr a loss of money or time.
