Norm Reeves had the used car I have been searching for. On a Sunday afternoon I filled out an inquiry notice and within half hour Mariana Lopez called me very polite and professional. We exchanged numerous phone calls she got me the price I was happy with arranged for me to pickup the car the next day. I flew from Oakland California Mariana set me up with Uber and I purchased the car. The front drivers seat lower trim was broken and coming off. I pointed it out to Mariana I expressed that the parts were going to cost around $500 she went to Vito to see if any compensation was going to be given.Vito came back “car is sold as is I don’t have any room in price to compensate” so I was going to fly back home I was buying car for my granddaughter going away to college didn’t want any issues. After I asked Vito if this is Norm’s standards I went from warm and fuzzy to cold and prickly! Vito came back with a service tech they took car away back in 10 minutes fixed. Not sure why the customer had to push for excellent customer support. More

We drove two hours to get there as they had the car model and colors we were looking for. Our sales person was great , knowledgeable and took his time with our questions. No high pressure tactics.
