Am not 100% sure I met Daniel so prefer not to rank. Could have been a handshake introduction but am not positive. The overall experience was very positive, and I am pleased with my decision. There were some features of the car that I expected that were not there once I got the car home and did several hours of tutorials to understand the functions of the car, but am assured updates on items I am seeking are coming via updates during the term of my lease. Wireless Apple Car Play should absolutely be standard; the ability to set defaults for 1 pedal driving and Sport Mode without setting these up every time I start the car is also expected in a car of this price and quality. I look forward to getting these features with updates. Perhaps consider disclosing what is available and not available for those who are trading in Teslas as a recommendation for improvement to reduce time wasted for orientation to the vehicle. My decision would not have changed but would have loved to save time from calling, texting, and watching YouTube videos to troubleshoot features that ended up not being available. The finance/leasing process was excellent, and my salesperson was excellent. I only add these comments for improvement for what should be expected for this level of car, which I know is beyond the control of the dealership. More

No communication, my car sat for 12 days (later found out was already “diagnosed”) but it took me going up there and asking for my car back for me to get answers. However I won’t be going back even for the trim, I don’t trust the techs they have working on my Genesis. would not recommend. Bad diagnosis on the technicians end, even when I stated what the exact problem was (since I’m a tech myself but car is under warranty so I can’t touch it.) More
