DON'T BUY FROM THIS DEALER! My wife and I purchased two vehicles on 11/05/2022, a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi (a plug-in hybrid) and a 2019 Toyota Rav4 (LE). Shortly after our purch My wife and I purchased two vehicles on 11/05/2022, a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi (a plug-in hybrid) and a 2019 Toyota Rav4 (LE). Shortly after our purchases I started to notice some info we were told was not true. Here are the lies they told us: -Ford Fusion would get 21 miles on a full charge. The reality was the car actually got 7-10. After a bunch of back a forth with the dealership I was told I could return it but that became an even bigger hassle. At this point the dealership was going to try to rip me off to get another vehicle from them. They even tried to get me to trade in the Fusion to get a different vehicle which that would have put us way under water. -Next I found rust on the Rav4 roof. When we had purchased the Rav4 they had tried to sell the addon for paint protection. When we said we didn't want it they discounted the protection off the car prices as according to the sales man they could remove the paint protection since it was already applied. After I informed them I found rust they said they didn't have to do anything and even went back and said that because we didn't purchase it they had removed it from the vehicle. I have since found out the repair for the rust on the roof will cost from $1,500 to $3,500 to fix. More
