No service! Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited 15+ minutes for service advisor to even talk to me. She told me it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change! Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited 15+ minutes for service advisor to even talk to me. She told me it would be 1.5 hours for an oil change! When I told her I had to be out of there in an hour she took the car back to service and told me they could NOT do it in an hour! Why even have "appointments" if it doesn't mean anything. Bad, bad management and dealership. They should take down the sign saying Hour or Less oil change! What a scam. More
