I was received timely for my 7 AM service appointment. They checked me in and my car. My wait for an oil change, general inspection, and coolant change, including hybrid inverter coolant was completed wit They checked me in and my car. My wait for an oil change, general inspection, and coolant change, including hybrid inverter coolant was completed within the three hour timeframe. I was kept informed by the Hyundai app regarding the whole process. I did have difficulty paying through the app once I was notified. But I went to the service advisor who cheerfully helped me with my paperwork and paying my bill. The customer waiting lounge is adequate with free coffee, tea, and snacks.. The guest bathroom for men is kept clean. I appreciate the fact that although the inspection report showed that I needed a new air filter and cabin filter, the dealer did not ask nor pressure me to buy those extra cost items. More
