After a miscommunication during a normal maintenance appointment on my 2018 CX-5 leased vehicle I had to return to the dealership due to a pretty bad oil leak. She was so caring and explained that parts can be hard to get these days due to pandemic. Sean kept me up to date for 2 days. Very professional. Sean then had my car valet to my residence. I’m very pleased how they made a bad situation wonderful. Terri and Sean went above and beyond for me. I was the JP Morgan underwriter for years for this dealership. While I’m not with JP Morgan since being laid off due to covid, this dealership has really stepped up and assisted me.
