Took our Subaru Outback to Norm Reeves in Rockwall for service. I don't see any way that our service experience could have been any better. Everyone we encountered there was very friendly, patient, and ea service. I don't see any way that our service experience could have been any better. We've had several years of experience with another Subaru dealer and were cautious about going to a new dealer. But now we and our son have found a new home for work on our Subarus, and to buy replacements for them, once the new stock recovers from Covid and its' variants. Thanks for making our day better.
