Poor customer service skills & disrespect I was directed to the parts department on 6/10/17 between 2:10 & 2:30 pm. I was made to feel as if I didn't matter, as a customer or a person. When I I was directed to the parts department on 6/10/17 between 2:10 & 2:30 pm. I was made to feel as if I didn't matter, as a customer or a person. When I approached the parts counter The parts guy couldn't stop watching his video on his phone long enough to wait on me or even greet me. Even after his video had ended, there was no hello or sorry for the delay. I can hardly believe I bought the truck from that dealership, but one thing for sure it's my last one. I can't purchase vehicles from dealerships where I get no respect when I come in for parts. And by the way the cashiers weren't any friendlier either. The building has been remodeled & looks great, but unfortunately some of the employees attitudes need a remake as well. This dealership will never reach it's full potential as long as attitudes such as these are a part of it. Thank you Art McGee, former Cowboy Toyota customer. More

Shelly is great Squirrels ate my engine wiring in my RAV4 so it was towed to Cowboy Toyota. I felt powerless in this situation but Shelly Jackowski, the service manager helped me. She took me through the whole process from day one. She took my calls and called me when needed to keep me current on the progress. As a senior citizen, I am not always treated with the respect and understanding I received from Shelly. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, clean, looking like a new car. The final bill was less than I expected it to be but most of all, a terrible situation was made eaiser. I appreciate Shelly. More

She is so organized and is the very best that I have ever dealt with in a car dealers I have used Shelly Jackowski for over 2 years @ Cowboy Toyota. She is so organized and is the very best that I have ever dealt with in a car dealership service department. For instance, I was needing a part and it was ordered very timely by Shelly well before I brought the car in. Further, when servicing my car I will tell her I need it back by the next day afternoon and I will receive a call the next morning that the car is ready to pick up. She not only excels in car servicing but she has a very pleasant personality in dealing with people. Absolute Best Service - Shelly Jackowski We have a family of 11 and reliable transportation is a must. We drive 4 vehicles and sometimes 5 all Toyota's and Lexus's. Being prudent, reasonable and regular in the maintenance of our vehicles is absolutely critical. We found Cowboy Toyota after buying a Toyota Sequoia owned by a long time customer at Cowboy Toyota. We called Shelly and she knew the entire history of the vehicle since it's purchase over 10 years earlier. We brought that first vehicle in and ever since that time all of our vehicles get serviced here and we have recommended Shelly to at least 7 of our friends. PURCHASE AND SERVICE First,we purchased our 2104 FJ Cruiser from Cowboy Toyota in November 2015. The experience was undeniably EXCELLENT. The sales person was one the best I have ever dealt with. Second, we try to maintain our cars and service them when recommended. We live in the Bedford area so driving to Cowboy Toyota was a little difficult for us. So our first oil change and tire rotation we went to the Hurst Toyota Dealership. HUGE MISTAKE!. The service was so rude and pretty sure they didn't even do the tire rotation, service manager said prove it! So needless to say we went back to Cowboy Toyota for service. I CANNOT tell you enough what an EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT they have. Shelley is one the best service managers I have ever dealt with. Our FJ is still under warranty and we had an issue with our radio. Shelly was straight up honest with us. She placed the order for our new radio and said it might not be in for 2 weeks. WE were OK with that--HONESTY!. It came in in 3 days!, Then she said they were so busy it might be about 4 days before they could get it out. WE were OK with that--HONESTY! It was done the next day. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Cons: There is a lot of construction going on around this dealership. However, don't let that detour you from using them!. I would rather battle the construction and drive 40 miles out of my way to have someone be honest with me than to tell me PROVE WE DIDN'T DO THE WORK!. Pros: COWBOY TOYOTA IS OUR GO TO DEALRSHIP! Also after the purchase of our vehicle we sent pizza to sales department for their excellent service. More
