Jc was a great salesman and was the only reason I made the 1 1/2 hour drive to the dealership. When I arrived to the dealership JC was not working. So the sales manager Fred assigned Dave as my salesman. Dave was condescending, as I went to start the test drive, He asked me if I’d even have the money to afford the truck. I said excuse me, and responded with is that really the way you talk to your customers I handed him back the keys and told him I did not want to deal with him anymore and would like a new salesman. He then got the sales manager Fred who came out trying to intimidate me to trade in my vehicle for less than it was worth and buying his truck for more than it was worth... Fred was absolutely belligerent, rude and offensive. He came out and started yelling at me that he did not want me to test drive his truck because I knew the value of my vehicle and I was jaded for not backing down off of the price. Bottom line is they’re looking to con people who don’t now anything about vehicles, and intimidate people who do know about the vehicles off of their lot. More

Liers, con artists, thieves, very dishonest I bought a car, and the sales manager tells me that Chase Bank said that they will give me a low interest rate if I get the extended warranty and gab I bought a car, and the sales manager tells me that Chase Bank said that they will give me a low interest rate if I get the extended warranty and gab insurance, I did. I called Chase 2 weeks after buying the car and I asked about this and they said that they do not require any conditions for getting auto financing. That was close to $4,000 I paid when I did not had too. The price as a little under $23,000 my final cost was almost $31,000!!! DO NOT BUY OR LEASE YOUR NEXT CAR FROM THEM! More
