I originally wrote a horrible review based on that the dealership was super dishonest and completely fraudulent in their actions. You can read in full I titled it: NORTH BERGEN BUICK GMC BEWARE!!! NOW to today.... The dealership tried to make amends and ultimately, I bought the car (2018 Porsche Cayman). I was asked to take down any bad reviews...which I did. The car had a huge scratch and the fabric on the inside roof was falling off. Part of the deal was those two issues would be fixed. I bought the car on a Monday and the agreement was I bring it back Friday and they would fix both the roof and the scratch. As we discussed, I dropped it off that Friday. The manager, Dominic (a huge dishonest dirtbag) sent me texts over the weekend of the car. One of his texts read "we are doing a 3 stage paint correct". The next text read "I can't wait for you to see this thing on Monday". Well, Monday came, it wasn't ready (which I was fine with). So today, being super excited, I went to pick up the car. Dominic told me on a couple of occasions how his word is true and is important to him. You can imagine my surprise when I looked at the car and the scratch was still there and the roof was not repaired. Yes, all factual. I have before and after pictures to verify my story. I'm sure any reasonable human could imagine how angry, disappointed and taken I felt... for the SECOND time. As I was very angry, Mr. professional, Dominic responded to my emotions on a text said "cooler heads prevail". That was his response. Not a sorry and again, no empathy and couldn't have cared less. The same nonsense that was said to me by that clown sales manager (I think Charles or Charlie). Dominic proceeds to tell me "he saw the car last night and it was completely different". What this dishonest fraud didn't know was that I took an uber to the dealership and my car that I purchased had JUST pulled in the same time as my uber. Dominic didn't even arrive at work yet. Needless to say, this is all on me! I got burned. I listened to Dominic's xx and used car talk and i fell back in. I take full responsibility for trusting these crooks. My point in writing this is if I can protect ONE other person from being swindled from North Bergen Buick GMC then I did the right thing as a human being on this earth. Please protect yourself and buy a car somewhere else. North Bergen Buick GMC are dishonest crooks. More
