Service Center was efficient but buyer beware I bought a used vehicle here with an extended warranty. After some negotiations they lowered the price of the extended warranty. What they did not say I bought a used vehicle here with an extended warranty. After some negotiations they lowered the price of the extended warranty. What they did not say is that with the lower price I lost a tremendous amount of coverage as well as a higher deductible. The finance person is crooked. Yes I should have done a better job of reading it but after a too long of a process I was ready to get home. Needless to say it feels they keep you waiting to finalize paperwork to get you antsy to get out of there so that they can take advantage of people. Now I’m left with limited coverage and a bad feeling about this dealership. I’ve bought plenty of cars and have never been taken advantage of like this. I’m in the market for a new SUV or truck, but I can guarantee I will be buying it anywhere but North Corpus Christi Honda. More
