Failed to honor Glass Coat contract. Did not buff out scratches. Also after 30000 MI service,coolant reservoir was almost empty although dealer checklist said it was checked and ok. I went in dealership and was asking straightforward car questions. I was called rude and asked to leave. I left and bought a 2024 RAV 4 XLE. I received 4K more at another dealership and only financed 5K. questions. I was called rude and asked to leave. I left and bought a 2024 RAV 4 XLE.
