There was one small glitch on the contract which required adjustment and was not discovered by either side until the next day. A date was wrong and required another visit to correct the contract. Since the drive from Orange County was more than an hour, it was a hassle and required a not insignificant amount of gas money. Manager (Michael) was willing to listen to reason and made an accommodation to offset the cost and also as a recognition of the inconvenience to me of the need for me to make the return visit which was not due to my mistake or wrong information. Salesman, Jeremy, was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative throughout. In summary, a mostly pleasant experience and I would recommend this Kia dealer. More
