I only wish Kia would have just replaced the brake rotors when I was first purchasing the vehicle instead of trying to resurface them again after I returned it, then agreeing to replace them once the second attempt at resurfacing failed minimum safety requirements. There was one small glitch on the contract which required adjustment and was not discovered by either side until the next day. A date was wrong and required another visit to correct the contract. Since the drive from Orange County was more than an hour, it was a hassle and required a not insignificant amount of gas money. Manager (Michael) was willing to listen to reason and made an accommodation to offset the cost and also as a recognition of the inconvenience to me of the need for me to make the return visit which was not due to my mistake or wrong information. Salesman, Jeremy, was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative throughout. In summary, a mostly pleasant experience and I would recommend this Kia dealer. More

My experience with the service department was pleasant and quick. More
Difficult situation handled well I had an 11:00 appointment for scheduled service but at 12:15 I was advised that there was a back up and my car had not made the cut. It would still be more than another hour before my car could be ready. The service rep offered to arrange a ride for me if I wanted to be taken somewhere. I declined because I lived over 45 minutes away. I had driven this distance because I had previously received better service in Escondido than I had at the dealer closer to my home. So I took a deep breath and took my dog for a walk. Yes, I had my dog with me. Obviously I had not anticipated a long visit. I did feel that the service rep was honestly concerned with the situation. I did keep my cool as I felt loosing it really served no purpose. At the end I was pleased that I was offered credit on my account for future service along with a sincere apology. I will make the drive again when service is due. More
