The used car is what i was looking for .... sat down with there sales rep . ...asked for their " best " price .. he came back with what he said was his " best " price ... appeared fair .. we discussed with there sales rep . ...asked for their " best " price .. he came back with what he said was his " best " price ... appeared fair .. we discussed my trade in ... went back and forth and agreed on its value .. sat down with their financial rep . .. filled out the necessary paper work ... put down 2,000.00 ... instructed to bring in a cashiers check in the morning for the balance due of 12,000.00 .. all was well ....now so far i have been working with three employees of Forest Lane ... they supplied all the figures .. when i returned in the morning to pick up my new car ..... we had a problem ....i was told they had in fact used the wrong pricing ...from a similar car ... and were 1,426.00 off ... and needed the additional money in order to close the deal we had already agreed on ... all most walked out ... we went back and forth ...the final offer , they could cut the 426.00 .... but i needed to come up with the additional 1,000.00 ... and that how it all ended .... a done deal cost me an additional 1,000.00 for their stellar staff's handling of the paperwork ..... a fine car ...yes .... not the best way to keep customers happy ....
