I took my Grand Cherokee in for warranty work, picked it up 2 days later, the next day I had the same issue arise. I called service dept, my adviser was off they told me to call back, by the time I got the up 2 days later, the next day I had the same issue arise. I called service dept, my adviser was off they told me to call back, by the time I got the car back to them, my warranty exceeded miles so they will not cover. Jesse Aguilar was service rep, raised his voice at me because I was arguing with him about if it should be covered. I have left Eddie Campbell(service dept manager) messages for 2 days and cannot get a return phone call from him, my Jeep has been at the dealership for 3 days and I cannot pick up my car. More
