I brought my new Ranger in to have a Ford tonneau cover installed. The technician had muddy shoes on, left muddy footprints all over the bed and scratched the paint. They charged me $95.00 for a 10 minute installed. The technician had muddy shoes on, left muddy footprints all over the bed and scratched the paint. They charged me $95.00 for a 10 minute job and brought my truck out. The salesman sends a text asking me about my experience. I tell him what happened and also tell him the tonneau cover leaks as it doesn't fit and there are missing pieces (rubber for the front by the cab) . I wanted a full refund, all of a sudden l have an attitude and the salesman has lost respect for me. This is a brand new truck and was damaged by an incompetent technician, the service manager allowed it to happen and the owner of the dealership still hasn't made good 3 weeks later. More

Do yourself a big favor. Stay away from this car dealer. Do yourself a big favor. Stay away from this car dealer. I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off Do yourself a big favor. Stay away from this car dealer. I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING! I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again! More

I bought a used ford and it had 44000 miles on it I asked for brakes to be checked and replaced , they said they did and when I went back another guy said they had never been done . They state they do work w for brakes to be checked and replaced , they said they did and when I went back another guy said they had never been done . They state they do work when they really don't do the work . My car had been back numerous times or an alignment and constantly comes back out of line . They then said they did my rotors an they only buffed them and put the same ones on , making me then have to go back and get them replaced at the brother dealer which state they never were changed . I would never buy a car from here again , numerous friends have had mechanical issues with their cars. Also found ou my car was hit and I was never told and I have had problems with the side that was hit but they stated I hit something . More
