Never will I have service performed here again; let alone purchase another vehicle; which happened to be my third. Your upsell on the supposed problems with my car disguised as a "Mazda" compulsory safety i purchase another vehicle; which happened to be my third. Your upsell on the supposed problems with my car disguised as a "Mazda" compulsory safety inspection is xx! It was clear that the Tech did not even attempt to adjust my rear wheel alignment settings because of the stated (cosmetic) corrosion on the bolt heads. I was able to adjust both rear bolts when I returned home and then brought it to another auto service facility for a "Full" four-wheel alignment that brought all the parameters within spec. No doubt, a total wasted cost of an alignment service at your shop. Let's see if this review gets posted on your site! More
