Maybe my 12th purchase, and the smoothest car buying experience ever. Matt was fast and responsive by email, and actually answered all of my questions; the other dealers I was contacting didn't. He offered to drive the car over an hour for a test drive, and ultimately we met halfway on his day off. The paperwork was ready to go ahead of time, the financing rate was lower than originally estimated, solid trade-in value, good price, and the car was in immaculate condition. The hardest part of this deal was pulling my rusty plates off, which Matt attacked with both hands and got done. Highly recommend working with them. I look for value and am not typically "loyal" to any single dealer, but will consider going to North End first in the future. More
