“Above and beyond”
I was assisting my mom Donna Dillon with a purchase from 12 hours away, Mark with patience assisted from a appraising a trade sub to see, to clarifying options for her vehicle selection.
Mark respected our time and everything was prepared for her arrival.
We were spared the back and forth and treated fairly from the start.
This is my family’s 2nd purchase from this dealer and will be returning.
I have been in automobile sales for over 8 years in another state and the service I received from this location has made me appreciate having a location that I can direct local family toward.

Bad experience at this dealership today!
I had an appointment to bring my 2009 Dodge Ram in for basic service... Oil change, tire rotation and secure a loose emergency brake cable. The service departure there is very good, but when I pulled in the parking lot, there was no where to park near the service area...
I checked in with Sandy, an AWESOME service manager! She took my truck right in. Because my truck is almost 12 years old now, I'm considering a new purchase. I took a walk back to the sales area and approached the first salesperson I saw. I explained that I was in the market for a new Dodge Ram and that I was curious about the cost and the financing for a new vehicle.
I was shocked when the salesperson responded with, "I don't know" to both questions. I left my name and number even though she didn't even request my information. I can only assume that I won't receive a call bwith any information in regard to purchasing a new vehicle from the sales woman.
I was hoping to be a return customer to this dealership. I purchased my current truck from them in 2009 when they were located in Strongsville, Ohio. The salesman, Chris Weber, was outstanding! Friendly, informative and worked very hard to make sure I got exactly the vehicle I was interested in, the right financing and a great price.
Chris Weber is no longer employed at this dealership, and the sales people don't seem particularly interested in talking to customers in person.
As a potential return customer, I really didn't appreciate "I don't know" and no attempt to ask a manager or anyone else.
The sales department there acts like they only want to do business sight unseen over a computer and a telephone. That's not how I buy a vehicle! Rant over. I hope the next potential customer receives better attention. Today was definitely not worthy of a 4 or 5 star dealership.

Hands down, the best Dealership Experience I have ever had. Rick Suhar was amazing! I went in having an idea of what I wanted to spend and what worked with my budget. Rick was extremely willing to listen and worked with me the entire time. At no point did he attempt to pressure me into anything. He was attentive to our needs and was able to work out everything for my wife and I. Also, Walter Kriz in Financing was also just as amazing. We hit a slight snag with our Trade-In-Title, but he was willing to work with us and be flexible to close the deal. I walked in expecting to be hassled with the stereotypical dealership tactics, but was delighted to be proven 100% wrong. The North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Team is truly an amazing group of people. 10 out 10 would recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase a new (or new to you) vehicle.
