The service department team was extremely professional and helpful today. While waiting for my vehicle being serviced I received notice of an emergency work Call/Meeting. One of your service team members offered the Subaru conference room for some privacy if it was not in use. This was unexpected but much appreciated. Initially I was planning or would attempt to find a quiet location off the property on the side street in the heat. While i fully knew the probability was unlikely. The offer from your staff was the most ideal situation I could have asked for and it was suggested as an option without me evening asking. That's exceptional customer service. Your staff recognized my need and was quick to help me find a solution when the more common action would have been to remain quiet as I walked out of the door into the heat of the day.
