Fantastic customer service in both the sales and service departments! When i purchased my new forester in 2020 the sales department stayed open for 2 hours after closing delivering my vehicle. I came here because my Forester let me know there was something wrong with the tire pressure. I came to this Subaru dealership because I travel a lot, and will spend the money for maibtemance at a Subaru something wrong with the tire pressure. I came to this Subaru dealership because I travel a lot, and will spend the money for maibtemance at a Subaru dealership to ensure top quality work. The dealership informed me nothing was wrong with the tires, but, I did wind up spending $500 for other maintenance. After the dealership assured me nothing was wrong with the tire I left. About two weeks later the right front tire finally went flat while I was on I35 and I almost had a wreck. I’m back at the dealership now because I want the same brand tire on there, but I will not be using this Subaru dealership again. They said that the change in pressure was from weather fluctuations, in Texas. In Sept. I’ve seen that happen when the weather changes 30 degrees overnight where the tire pressure light comes on, but we’re in Texas, in Sept. there’s zero significant weather fluctuations. The car’s “there’s something wrong with my tires came on” because there was something actually wrong, it didn’t malfunction. Now here I am, back here wasting my time but fortunately I was able to make it off the freeway. I will not be coming back to this dealership. More
