In the past two weeks I've been to seven dealers, of which two came highly reccomended and they were no where near as friendly ,courteous as the staff at Northeast Car Connection,even from the web page which two came highly reccomended and they were no where near as friendly ,courteous as the staff at Northeast Car Connection,even from the web page and the chat i had on line i felt they were different. From the moment i walked in the door i felt at ease that no matter what the outcome i could trust what they had to tell me. Charles was an exceptional representative of the company, he went above and beyond my expectations. He was calm polite ,explained everything to me answered all of my questions without hesitation, he even gave me a ride home, which i would never expect. The transaction was short ,easy and hassle free. And now I am the proud owner of a jeep liberty that i absolutely love. Norheast Car Connection will definitely be the only place i go if needed in the future and have already mentioned how great they are to a few friends who are also looking for a car. I went to this dealership on Saturday 7/28/2012. The entire staff was very polite. They couldn't do enough for me. When I contacted the dealer I was very skeptical of being approved because of my credit history. I spoke with Mike & he assured me he could help he has dealt with all kinds of situations. The sales manager Andy worked deligently to get me into the Infinity with a low down payment & reasonable payment!! I'm still in shock that I am the new owner of such a luxury vechile!! These guys did what they said, was very pleasant, patient, & knowledgable. I also like the fact they didn't frown upon me because of my credit.
