And all I can say is that to say it was worth the drive is an understatement. Let me explain.... As I said, after driving there, Aaron was unable to help me as he was working with another customer, he took the time to explain everything we had talked about and what I was looking for to Leighton Harrell and the most incredible thing happened... Leighton didn't just help, he truly went above and beyond for me. And the best part : they weren't just looking for the sale, no hovering, NO PRESSURE for a sale at all, they just wanted to help me get into the vehicle I had wanting, plus I have a Service Dog, which they made sure had water and was comfortable... who does that? They do ! Furthermore, Leighton Harrell noticed I was having difficult in writing, ( part of my disability ), he asked if he could help me in any way, which he did, as I appreciated his candor in that matter. As my paperwork, I needed more proof of income and so forth, Lehighton jumped in to help, and Brian Smith, ( also a Veteran ), didn't just submit my paperwork and take the first finance option, but honestly searched for the best deal possible for me, and also the best value for my trade-on By the time I was done, I had everything I wanted, drove off the lot, with a huge smile, got about 4 miles away and went back for the EZ-Pass I had left in my trade-in...lol.
