Being a first time buyer was difficult, but Miguel was patient and explained the process and paperwork thoroughly. I found the perfect car online and when I went to the dealership, Miguel worked really hard to make sure I got a fair price. Pricing really depends on your credit, but everyone works with you. Miguel also made sure I was happy with the car's aesthetics, and fixed a few simple issues (scratches on the bumpers) Overall, I felt informed and in control during the entire process. Coming from a traditional sales background I can appreciate an honest sales person when I meet them. More
