Not a typical dealership! I knew that this wasn't going to be the frustrating car buying experience that I've grown accustomed to as soon as I walked through the door. First of I knew that this wasn't going to be the frustrating car buying experience that I've grown accustomed to as soon as I walked through the door. First of all, the staff is extremely nice and polite. I did not once feel pressured, rushed, or as if anybody was trying to pull a fast one on me. Everything was disclosed right off the bat and every question I had was answered honestly. My salesman, Greg, delivered on everything that he promised. He went above and beyond in order to get me into the car that I wanted. While the payment was a little higher than I initially budgeted for, it did not come as a shock because he let me know the range right off the bat. He even asked me if I sure that this was the car that I wanted! For once, I felt like I was making the decision and it wasn't being made for me behind the scenes. I wasn't "sold" on anything. I simply came in, picked out the car I wanted, and left in it within the hour! Thank you Greg - you got yourself a customer for life! More
