AMAZING On 8-13-2015 my wife visited their dealership and came away with a very nice Nissan Juke (which is a car I love). She test drove a few others and came away with the Juke. I took her their Saturday to get her other car which she left there and I decided I'd take a look around also. I came away with the Nissan Maxima that my wife fell in love with also during her visit. Corey and Jake were great from the moment we chatted. Everything was explained and within a few hours - I was driving home in the Maxima. We have now bought three care from Northeast Car Connection. I traveled from out of town twice to research and eventually purchase a vehicle and I was not disappointed. Our salesman Cory provided the ultimate customer service from our first encounter. Throughout the process, Cory had a keen sense of product knowledge, in which he was quite confident and clear when effortlessly stating auto prices, the number of days cars were on the lot, and overall product features, while at the same time probing for what was important to me as a customer, his recall when seeing me the second time was noteworthy and seemless; it was as if I never left the lot. His memory and attention to detail was impressive and it is what ultimately confirms that the customer is priority. Cory also showcased how important we were to him when he went above and beyond his job description to provide a personal touch before we drove off of the lot. Jake, manages an excellent team.
