Fantastic Experience I gave the rating that I did because I had a WONDERFUL experience at the dealership working with Humberto & Brian. I was able to get the car I really wanted, and I was doubtful that I could get approved due to my low credit score, but Brian promised me that he could make it happen and he did a man of his word and "voila" magic... I was driving off the lot same day in my Toyota Venza 2010!! So thrilled! Couldn't have asked for anything more! This car is wonderful, and has warranty... Inspection, was clean,and well.... it's a TOYOTA! Supercar right???? lol I enjoyed Humberto's patience,dedication,and his ability to assist me and answer every question that I had... and I had a LOT!!! lol! I thought the whole experience was great! The finance manager Brian was funny too and very helpful he was able to make the deal work out smoothly... Thanks again for your help!! More
