We were "only looking" when we stopped at Northgate Chrysler to look at their Jeep Grand Cherokee. He was very willing to involve the more experienced sales staff in answering questions if he was unsure. Roger spent a lot of time with us, taking two test rides and answering many questions. After some friendly negotiation with the sales manager, we drove my "RED" jeep cherokee off the lot. Roger followed us to the gas station where the dealer filled our tank with gas. I am a Rural Mail carrier and came in with a VERY specific request for a RHD Wrangler for my work. All available used vehicles were out of state at other dealerships. Internet work narrowed down the choice to one specific vehicle in Illinois and phone calls were made.
