Your response is no response at all....It is not the money, the time...Its just we only had a choice to sit for another 3 hours at you establishment to wait for the car that had (2) recalls needing to be done that was something wrong with cars when we purchased. This is not the customers fault and should not be penalized for an error on your part. Offering them a car so they do not have to sit long than expected is a nice option.... then asking them to put in gas for the use of the car is going overboard. If you have people who abuse....set some guidelines, A large portion of people would NOT take advantage and we are the ones that are being abused. A poor customer service offer.
