Tom is a great guy, but when I came in to close the deal. He was dealing with another customer and I had to wait a while. He also then informed me that he forgot to tell me I needed to buy the Northland pack He was dealing with another customer and I had to wait a while. He also then informed me that he forgot to tell me I needed to buy the Northland package for $800. There is too much emphasis on that package. Lots of articles, including Cadillac in their warranty recommend against it, but I felt I was talked into it. More
