The communication with the service department is very POOR. They sent me a text saying that if i had any questions throughout the day to text. After multiple texts with no reply, I called 3 times and no POOR. They sent me a text saying that if i had any questions throughout the day to text. After multiple texts with no reply, I called 3 times and no one would pick up the phone. I dropped vehicle off at 07:30 and i needed an approximate time it would be done so I could arrange a ride to pick it up. Finally at 15:30 they called to tell me it was done, not 1 curtesy call or text the whole time. I am very disappointed in the quality of professionalism and curtesy shown by Northland and i will defiantly be seeking other places for my service. More
