My 2019 Colorado is not shifting properly - it has an erratic shifting issue, like a "stutter" or "hesitation" at slower speeds especially when climbing hills - so I called for an appointment and got one erratic shifting issue, like a "stutter" or "hesitation" at slower speeds especially when climbing hills - so I called for an appointment and got one for a few days later, The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, they were unable to duplicate the shifting issue so they could not diagnose the problem. They said the transmission was shifting properly. This did not surprise me because the issue does not occur on a regular basis - I can not duplicate it when I want and can not predict when it will happen. More
