Well I really wish this would’ve been a better experience. I purchased a new traverse in 2019 brought in the shop in January 2020 due to the transfer case being broken. Well there it sat until Au experience. I purchased a new traverse in 2019 brought in the shop in January 2020 due to the transfer case being broken. Well there it sat until Aug 19, 2020, because the part wasn’t manufactured. Then I received a message from GM they weren’t fixing my car due to Covid. The rental car I had was taken back in May, neither the dealer nor GM would state who was responsible for that. And to top it off the brakes were junk when I picked the car up due to it sitting so long. And of course no one would pay for this. Well the brakes can’t be purchased at a parts store and have to be purchased from the factory. So this experience has been horrible and I will definitely never be purchasing a GM product again....
