No Communication Between Sales Reps I had a Sales Rep looking for a car for me to get in from auction and it came in on a Thursday (After waiting for 2 weeks) they rushed to wash it and I had a Sales Rep looking for a car for me to get in from auction and it came in on a Thursday (After waiting for 2 weeks) they rushed to wash it and she emailed me pictures of it late Friday afternoon and I had an appointment on Saturday morning at 8:30am as soon as they opened and another sales rep was there to assist us and he actually sold the vehicle on Friday night before I even got to see the vehicle so after driving an hour and a half we were pretty upset! They ended up giving us a better price on another vehicle. We were there from 8:30am-3:00pm wasted our entire day to drive and purchase one vehicle. After they gave us an extremely poor trade in offer on our current vehicle I asked for my keys back and they wouldn't give them back after asking 3 times. They came back with a third offer and told us that they wouldn't even keep our vehicle on their lot to sell because it wasn't worth it. However prior to driving an hour and a half the sales rep that was emailing me for two weeks had told us that our vehicle is "EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANTED TO SELL ON THEIR LOT"......LIES!! Before heading out to leave the new car was at 1/8th of a tank of gas and they gave us $10 which doesn't go very far!!! No car washes, no oil changes, we got 2 chevy bowtie key chains!!!! Wooohoo.....So for wasting our time and selling the vehicle out from under us we got a whopping two key chains....... Everything was super slow in the process.The only quick process was working with Roberto when signing our paperwork! Thanks Roberto for all of your hard work. As for the rest COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!! Would never go back More
