Outstanding Customer Service! We were so pleased to work with Wayne and have him deal with the person that we were trying to make a deal with. We did not have to deal with that person directly. We were so impressed that Northland wanted to do whatever they could to make a fair deal with us rather than let us walk away from the deal. Wayne did everything in his power to make sure that he answered all our questions and continued to take additional time to help us set our vehicle up with all the new technology. The only negative I could share would be the entire experience took a long time. I feel you could get the customer in and out quicker - there was a lot of waiting time. However, everyone was so friendly and helpful and we will be buying all of our vehicles from Northland in the future along with referring everyone we know to make the drive to Superior rather than purchasing in Minnesota. More
