Great experience On January 19th I went home to Superior, WI for the weekend with only the intention of looking at a new vehicle. James, the sales associate that came out to help me was very helpful. James and the team worked hard to make it so I could go home with the truck I wanted and in my price range. I am on a volunteer fire department and James made sure that was noted in my price as well as helped me out by getting me on the road right away when we got called for a structure fire. Although I had every intention on finishing my business right then and there James worked with me so when I came back for my rust proofing that he would help me set up some other features on my truck. Over all I am very happy with the support that James and the dealership provided. More

Lifechanging I was called the next morning by Amanda after submitting an online application for financing the previous evening. Even though it felt like chit chatting at the desk I am sure she was sending information on the computer to Barry about my situation and vehicle preferences, and my drastic situation of my vehicle troubles for the last few months. Based on the information we spoke about, Barry recommended a car to me that fits my most immediate and basic needs to get to and from my two jobs saving me mileage. It is also a hatch back which satisfies my inner truck desires for now.I had been getting rides to work so I dropped my insurance and was given a ride to the agent (Colette) I chose in town who was also very helpful. Sierra followed up with me the next day and I told her I realized that they also gave me freedom to visit friends in my spare time because I have a reliable and high mpg vehicle. Sierra gave me confidence when she compared the MN used vehicle checklist to the WI one. I was worried about a Ford since I have always purchased Chevy/General Motors vehicles. I was anxious about being able to get into a car and the team alleviated that from the minute I shook hands in the parking lot with Lashawn. Thank You !! More
