Best customer service. Once again this year, after doing my research I showed up at the dealership near close. I wanted to purchase a vehicle for my wife and we had our eye Once again this year, after doing my research I showed up at the dealership near close. I wanted to purchase a vehicle for my wife and we had our eye on the Terrain. We showed up about 30 minutes before close and with no hesitation Sierra offered a test drive. We were happy with the results and we sat down to make a deal. As we sat there venturing to after they "closed" at no time did we feel rushed or hurried. To top it all off, the General Manager from home had seen the info come through the system, he called in to make sure to thank us and to ensure we were taken care of. Because the banks were taking a little while they sent us home with the Terrain and the next day we were called to sign the paper work. We were welcomed by the General Manager himself along with Dan the finance guy. Once again I was blown away with the dealership and their customer service I would highly recommend them to anyone based on their honesty, customer service, and at home feel. More
