Staff was friendly but took too long to buy new car! We felt that length of time it took to buy new car was too long. I had already made an application to our credit union for a loan so there shouldn't have been any issue there. It seemed that the sales person had to keep going to his manager for info on what kind of deal he could give us- took too long. Sales person was friendly & was not high pressure which we appreciate.
