Not Just Another Car Dealer As with any car dealer , I had braced myself before even walking in. Braced myself for the typical sales pressure, the unwillingness to help. Northpointe Motors is NOT just another dealer. From begining to end , I was treated wonderfully. Michelle had called me after an inquiry and scheduled me with Derek. Michelle was very friendly and helpful. Derek was amazing from begining to end. As soon as I arrived he was greeting me. He sat down with me and honestly listened about my wants and needs. Needing to get a lower car payment but a four-wheel drive and room for a family, he went right to work. We found a few vehicles that had all the necessities for my lifestyle. Never once did he show me anything that was not in the parameters of what I wanted, which was nice....well he did show me a Dodge, but I'll let that slide! After finding a nice Yukon that fit my needs as well as my budget, the whole team went to work. Aaron (finance guy) helped with my vehicle that I wanted to swap and worked with me to avoid as much negative equity as possible. They even knocked off additional money on the Yukon to help with my financing and monthly payments! After all was said and done Aaron and Derek saved me over $160 a month on a car payment and I didn't end up rolling over any negative equity. I wouldn't hesitate to see this team if you need a vehicle. They truly care about your well being and financial concerns. This is how dealers should be. As long as I'm in MI , I won't go anywhere else. .... Also, Derek is making sure I'm getting a full tank of gas next time I see him. On the house ;) More

Impeccable Customer Service My Husband and I were in the market for a car for a couple of months. I had dealt with more dealerships than I would have liked to admit. I stumbled a My Husband and I were in the market for a car for a couple of months. I had dealt with more dealerships than I would have liked to admit. I stumbled across a great deal at Northpointe Motors on our 2013 Ford Explorer. We purchased it from out of state (approx 550 Mi away) Michelle Rayner was the first person I talked to when I called and she was very professional and prompt in answering all of my questions and she saw the sale through to the end. It was quite a process buying a vehicle from out of state but Michelle definitely went above and beyond in all aspects. I asked if the car had remote start, she got back to me with the answer, which was no; however, before she got back to me she took it upon herself to contact a local company and get a quote on how much it would cost for us to have remote start installed before we picked it up. She researched and emailed us the best route for us to take on the way home from picking up the vehicle without us requesting such directions. She looked into delivery options to see if we could benefit from getting the vehicle delivered to our state as opposed to going to pick it up. The only day we could pick the vehicle up was on a Sunday and Northpointe Motors is closed for business on Sundays. Without hesitation Michelle said that it was no problem and her and a colleague picked my husband up from the airport on their day off, a holiday (mothers day) nonetheless. I have nothing but good things to say about Northpointe Motors and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Not to mention I am totally in love with our new car which we got for a great price! More

Jared in Kalkaska helped me get approved on my very first vehicle This is my third purchase from Northpointe Motors and I wouldn't buy anywhere else! Jared in Kalkaska helped me get approved on my very first vehicle through their in-house financing program. The interest rate was pretty high, but in a few short years, I was able to trade in and my interest rate went from 24% to under 4%. Derek in Traverse City just sold me my third car and I couldn't be happier with the guys in this company. Everybody makes you feel like their number one priority and will go above and beyond to make your experience the best it can be.
