Worst dealership I've ever dealt with Do not buy a car from here bought one on dec 23, 2016. A week later transfer case went out had a warranty took fighting with warranty company and nort Do not buy a car from here bought one on dec 23, 2016. A week later transfer case went out had a warranty took fighting with warranty company and northpointe for 4 weeks and me threatening a lawyer for them to finally fix it. A week after getting it back abs module went out warranty company again denied fix and northpointe would not help at all. Finally got the fix to find out rear suspension, upper and lower tie rod and stabilizer were bad and needed to be replaced so have had the car not even 6 months and $1200.00 into it. Horrible customer service Tim the sales person very rude. Whatever you do don't go to northpointe motors. More
