Prompt and Professional I needed to have my Prius looked at same day and they were able to fit me in. Sergio Galindo greeted me and was very professional and friendly. Best Service Advisor! I have lived in different parts of the country and dealt with many Toyota Service Advisors. By far Sergio Galindo is the best. When I text or call a I have lived in different parts of the country and dealt with many Toyota Service Advisors. By far Sergio Galindo is the best. When I text or call and leave him a message, he always responds quickly. When I come in for service, warranty work etc, he does his best to get me in and out quickly....always with a smile. Hanging out in the dealership is not my idea of a good time. I appreciate him so much. More
