This place is like a gem. I literally called them right before they closed to inquire about a vehicle and surprising they were willing to stay open until I came (which was an hour). We didn’t like the car we initially came for, but we ended up finding a better car. We had a little hiccup, but everyone at the office worked together for me to drive away with my dream car. Old switch and bait , I’m a young hard working college student you would think such a highly rated dealership would at least be honest and have more heart when it comes to people like me. Although I’m young I have a good head on my shoulders and take every saying with a grain of salt especially at dealerships. Please if your young like me and don’t have much of a credit history like me with no co-signer RUN !! Don’t believe them. Also very rude owner staff seems to have poor communication with each other be prepared to be tossed in circles. Noemi’s customer service was above and beyond very understanding of my situation. The other staff members is what kept me from wanting to do business there. More
