He was waiting for a free tire due to a nail in the old one. Since I bought the tire there Lexus gave me a new one for free. Totally unexpected. Didn’t reserve a loaner but they gave me one anyway and it was brand new with only 8 miles on it. Couldn’t say enough good things about this Lexus Dealership and their service shop. More

Each time that I call John with something I need on whether it's as small as an inspection or lately the brakes he gets me in right away and when possible he even gets me a loner. Which helps me tremendously as I'm a realtor and I can't be without a car. It's the little extra things that he checks and reminds me of future maintenance that would be coming up that sets him apart from some of the other service specialist in other dealerships that I've worked with in the past.
