I was looking for a new car, something small but not a "plain Jane" or "vanilla" vehicle. I compared several and looked at a few: the Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Accent, Chevrolet Sonic, and the Fiat 500. The "plain Jane" or "vanilla" vehicle. I compared several and looked at a few: the Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Accent, Chevrolet Sonic, and the Fiat 500. The final decision was between the Accent, Sonic and Fiat. The prices and equipment were about the same, the Fiat was the smallest and slightly less expensive. After driving these three, the Sonic and the Fiat were almost tied. This is when the dealer makes the difference. The entire staff at Northtowne Fiat busted their collective humps making a deal that fit my budget AND my wants. They got me a trade in price a little higher than I expected, Fiat had a great interest rate incentive and they got me that, and, most important, they got me my new car. When I took the car on a trip right after purchase, I was surprised by the excellent gas mileage. I felt comfortable enough with the staff at Northtowne that I stopped in to show off my car to them. They are great people, down to Earth and ready to do all they can to help you make your new car purchase. Yes, I would recommend Northtowne Auto Group, any time. More

The saleman todd Wood was fine. It was the appraiser. I was looking at a 40K plus car. Liked it. wanted my car appraised. Waited. As appraiser left tried to get his attention but he was talking on his cell was looking at a 40K plus car. Liked it. wanted my car appraised. Waited. As appraiser left tried to get his attention but he was talking on his cell phone. Continued to talk as he drove away. Returned 10 minutes later was still talking on cell phone,. Again tried to stop him to engtossed in personal conversation to see anyone. walked past, ignored. I got pissed told the guy loudly I wanted my keys and told Todd Wood what had happened. This guy was more intersted in call than appaising my cat. seems like he would just use book value and NOT really appraise car. Was I wrong? I called Mr. Wood later and told him I was still interested in car and if he would call me with some numbers I could deal with huim. I called the next day and left message. This guy and Northtown was not even professional enough to return my call. Guess they have enouigh business AVOID tyhis dealer More
The staff was friendly and courteous. I asked Mac (the dealer) to let me look at cars without being interupted and then I would come find him for any questions. He discovered I was knowledgeable about cars and knew what I wanted. He did not talk to me about vanity mirrors and colors. He was more than willing to talk about the engine and safety ratings. Mr. Rojas was equally engaging and friendly to talk to. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who asked. More
