Northtowne Fiat, Lincoln, Mitsubishi, Alfa Romeo

My wife and I purchased a 2000 Lincoln LS from Todd in 2002. We sold that car in 2006 for a BMW. Since that time we have owned several luxury cars, purchased from a variety of dealers, but we had never fo 2002. We sold that car in 2006 for a BMW. Through all of those years, Todd has consistently reminded us via periodic mail pieces that he would like to earn our business if the opportunity presented itself in the future. This week, as we discussed our current automobile situation, we decided to visit Northtown again. Out of all of the cars that we have driven over the years, the Lincoln had always been one of our favorites, and the experience of purchasing from Todd was exemplary. We walked in to the dealership on Monday, 29 October of this year, and we were greeted by Todd, as if we had been in only last week. He remembered several details of our lives, and once again made the experience and the decision to own a Lincoln, the kind of experience that dispels the "stereotypical" car dealer tales that people remember for all the wrong reasons. Todd has been, and remains, the type of salesman who could teach other sales people how to help customers make a product selection that they can feel good about. To be clear, we walked into Northtown with the intention of purchasing a car that day. The fact that Todd was there to help us, made the purchase of that car a positive experience that we will share with everyone who compliments our new car, and probably a few that never even see the car. He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the FIAT. In addition, his friendliness inspired a lot of trust. I felt valued as a customer. I didn't look anywhere else and decided to go with the FIAT from Northtowne. The next day I worked with MAC Mullen, who was the sales person of record for my car. He was attentive, positive, energetic, and knowledgeable as well. I feel like I got a fair price and a competitive deal on a great car. Stopped in to check a price on a used Volvo. Met Mac Mullen and instantly felt at ease no pressure from him at all we were joking around like we were old friends within the first few minutes of talking Mullen and instantly felt at ease no pressure from him at all we were joking around like we were old friends within the first few minutes of talking somehow we ended up asking about a 500c and actually test drove one this is after driving a subaru outback and tribeca well my wife and I and our two girls loved it, came back and let them know we were going to test drive some other cars. All the other dealerships around were asking how they could get us in something today and none of the cars seemed as cool as the Fiat and none of the cars had the personality of the Fiat well we went back to Northtowne again treated great and test drove a couple more 500c's by this time my wife was sold and I had come to like both Gabriel and Mac very much we seemed to talk about everything except Fiats, after leaving that time we were sure they were the people we wanted to deal with regardless of the product but it helps that they have one of the coolest products out on the road right now. Went back test drove the automatic just to be sure bought the 5 speed manual and had the least painful car buying experience we have ever had. I will be going back to these guys and we also have planned a family meal with all of us getting together kids and spouses I highly recommend this dealership and these guys to deal with. More

We visted 2 other dealerships this day and it was nothing but pressure from the salespeople. Our experience at Northtowne Mitsubshi was pleasant and no pressure. I test drove a mini couper before I went to Northtowne Fiat. I had to go get someone to get a salesman, because I had been looking at the show room for 5 minutes. I was the only one there and the salesman was sitting in an office back in the corner. I was not really that happy when I left. I drove the roadster and coupe. Then when they told me it would take 3 months to get a car, I was very disappointed. But, then I went to Northtowne Fiat. The salesman, Mac Mullen was right on it! He put up with me wanting to drive 3 different vehicles and when I would ask him something, he was knowledgeable and not at all pushy, but most accommodating with a cheerful attitude. I am kind of a "smart alec" and he took it like a trooper! Well, I bought the neatest, funnest, coolest, FIAT!!!!!!!! I love it, I have fun everytime I get in it. Many people ask me about it when I stop somewhere. All of them think the FIAT is a niftey car. When a little ol' farmer kind of guy in Kearney, MO asked me how many miles per gallon it got. I said 39 (if I'm careful). He said "oh my gosh, thats tooo many!!". I cracked up. We laughed and he was cute. Anyway, I wanted to call up the Fiat Dealership every day and say how much I liked my car, but thought they would think I was nuts. The whole experience was a very pleasant one, and I would reccommend anyone to look at the Fiat, and dealing with the personnel was a very possitive experience.
