I just bought my second vehicle from Jim Higgins at Northtowne Lincoln Mercury. My husband and I have both bought our vehicles from Jim because even when we try to shop elsewhere we end up frustrated Northtowne Lincoln Mercury. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and they offer EXCELLENT customer service. I plan on buying my next car from Northtowne because they treat their customers VERY well. The entire car buying process is not something I enjoy... but working with Jim Higgins has changed my perception and I now realize buying a car can actually be fun. More

Lee has went above and beyond as a salesman. You can go anywhere to buy a vehicle but it takes a special person to make you go back to the same dealership and the same salesman. Even after the sale he came and picked up the Navigator and brought it back so they could install the remote start. He even helped us say a prayer over the vehicle and offered a Bible, a prayer is something we always do when we buy a new car, its extremely important for us to say the prayer before we even drive off the lot. He stayed late for us and helped clean out the trade in. I couldn't ask for anything more. More

We stopped to take a look at a Fiat 500 and Dustin Rice came out to meet us and answer any questions we might have had. I asked if we could test drive a 500 and he immediately went in, got a dealer's licen came out to meet us and answer any questions we might have had. I have never met a car salesman that didn't apply pressure in order to make a sale, but Dustin did not - he was GREAT! I filled out a credit application that night and got a call the next afternoon that my credit had been approved, and so I went to pick-up the car after work. I filled out the paperwork with Gabriel and he took me through all the steps needed to secure the loan and the car. Gabriel set with me in my new car and spent at least 20 minutes explaining every working part of my 500. I would highly recommend these two men for anyone interested in buying a new Fiat.
